From 1 January 2010 substantial changes to the EU Cross-border VAT rules were introduced, with further change and implementation scheduled from January 2011 onwards. To comply with the new rules, businesses must make fundamental changes to their VAT accounting and reporting process.
If your business is involved in cross-border supplies of services, either as a supplier or recipient, then the changes to the EU Cross-border VAT rules will affect your business.
Whether your business has already assessed the extent to which these changes will impact your business and is acting accordingly OR your business is yet to address the changes at all and reclaim VAT incurred in another EU country, come and take the opportunity to have your questions and concerns addressed by our expert speakers, and relay your experiences and feedback.

NETWORKING TRAINING: HOW TO WORK A ROOM |
Walking into a room full of strangers can be daunting for most people - even "seasoned" networkers! For many people it is the fear of networking at events that stops them networking at all. In fact, whilst attending events is only a small part of networking, it is a great way to expand and diversify our networks, gather information and raise our profile.
The how to "work a room" surgery aims to remove some of these barriers by providing some focus for attending events, examining the "risks" involved, as well as how to reduce and manage them and improving confidence with some practical tools and tips.
